I am sure Mark told you but I was very very pleased to pass my Mod 2 test today!

I just wanted to say it has been a pleasure to learn how to ride a motorcycle with your company. Thank you for having continued to be flexible and being able fit me in, at short notice, and work with my availability, during what I am sure has been a very hectic 12 months with all the delays. The communication has been superb.

On a separate note I just wanted to say I think Mark is an absolutely superb teacher. I never had the pleasure of riding with you, but I did with Nick and Pete who were both also good in their own way, but Mark took me out today and yesterday and I have nothing but praise for him. His instructions are crystal clear, equipment works well, and he has both a calming and affirming nature which I struggle to imagine anyone not getting along with. A spade is also a spade which again I appreciate. I have spent quite a lot of my life being taught things!….and therefore have experienced lots of manners and styles of teaching, and it's been a pleasure to have been his student. He is also an absolute gent which helps.

Anyway don't tell him all of this because his head won’t get out of your shipping crates!

"... I took my CBT on Saturday having never ridden a a motorcycle before….and I honestly had the best day! My instructor Kevin made me feel completely at ease and filled me with confidence throughout the day. We also met a few of the other instructors at the start of the day and they all seemed like they’ed be a good laugh to learn with!
Once we went out on the road in the afternoon, Kevin kept us calm and gave clear instructions. He was absolutely fantastic!!
I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you! And I will absolutely be returning to do my full license with you guys in the future! ..."

"... Loved every minute of the DAS course with these guys. Such a great and friendly bunch!! First day was with Greg for CBT and he was just what you need when you're a bit nervous. Such a smiley happy guy made the CBT day stress free. The following days as we gained experience and converted to bigger bikes was a mix between Pete and Mark. These guys have so much experience and passion for what they do, with decades of riding between them (maybe Pete had an extra decade over Mark, naturally). Cant thank them enough. Pete's no nonsense approach is really needed for you to get the very most out of the course, balanced with Marks laid back style really keeps you grounded but having fun while you learn. I'm a naturally anxious person, but the way this course is set out, and with these guys instruction, exam day was an absolute doddle. All the best chaps. "... Wow! What a day. I'd personally say that today was the overall best day I've had in a very long time. Kevin the legend had instructed me how to ride a bike in a day in which I never thought I was able to do. This is mainly due to Kevin's incredible teaching skills and consistent patience levels through out the whole day. Kevin has not only
Taught me the safety measure of a motorcycle and safety checks etc, but he has also boosted my self confidence and has made me realise I don't need to worry I don't need to do the bad habits regarding the motorcycle and little steps through your the day I had done. Fantastic day I couldn't of asked for anything better,polite,patient,caring and most of all a outstanding effective teacher. "... I had been riding on an A1 licence for 2 years and I thought I knew everything I needed to know for the A2, but I wanted to be sure. These lot were helpful from the start when I had to Email, all the way to the end. Got trained by 3 different blokes and they all taught me new things which helped me to getting my A2. Completed both Mod1 and Mod2 first time with 0 faults, I owe it to these lot, they really helped me solidify my riding.

"... Can't recommend these guys strongly enough! Excellent customer service and honesty - I initially tried on a geared bike and as it didn't work out Richard said I could come back and try again on an auto, no problem. As soon as lockdown was eased I was contacted to do this. Greg is a super patient instructor and really helped ease my nerves with his humour. My second try was super easy sailing and made very enjoyable by Pete and Greg. Before doing a CBT I was worried I'd be the only woman in a stereotypically manly environment but was never once made to feel uncomfortable. You can tell these guys love their job and it shows. Excellent training from the start to end, i have done training before elsewhere and it was brief and quick, but Lets Ride actually spend proper time with you, and they don't continue to the next skill/module till you have got it right, they don't rush you with anything. Excellent bikes to train on too!!!! Kawasaki Z650's.

To think 5 days ago I could barely ride and hadn't really been on the road and now I feel so comfortable on the road and have passed both modules with only 1 minor! Credit to you and your team.
